Mark is the son of parents who fled Castro's Cuba in the 1950s. Growing up in South Florida, he dreamed of being a lawyer helping people. He attended the University of Florida, where he was named the Outstanding Male Leader of his graduating class.
He has worked in the federal court system, and has worked for people hurt by 18 wheelers, commercial vehicles, huge corporations, and wrongdoers of almost every type.

Mark has served as a Board Chair for a middle school, overseeing a seven figure budget at a school with 300 students.
Mark loves sports, and has been a head coach for a HS Varsity Boys' Soccer team. In year 2 the team reached the state finals in Florida.
Legal:
Mark has served a the President of the Southern Trial Lawyers Association, is a member of the STLA Board, has served as member of the Board of Governors for AAJ, and founded the Rideshare Litigation Group.
Courtroom:
Mark worked for families injured by Hydroxycut and other unsafe products. One verdict for a client made NBC's Dateline, while another was highlighted on 60 Minutes.
